FAQ

General Questions

How long does a typical kitchen installation take?
Most kitchens are completed within 1–2 weeks, depending on size and complexity. We’ll confirm a clear timeline before work starts.
Do you provide custom designs or just fitting?
Both. We fit kitchens from any supplier (Howdens, Wren, Magnet, IKEA, etc.), or create a bespoke layout tailored to your space and budget.
Which areas do you cover?
Huntingdon, St Neots, St Ives, Cambridge, and surrounding Cambridgeshire/Bedfordshire towns.
Is your work insured and guaranteed?
Yes—fully insured services backed by a workmanship guarantee for complete peace of mind.
Do you offer free, no-obligation quotes?
Absolutely. Clear itemised quotes with no hidden extras, so you know exactly what to expect.
Will you manage other trades and schedules?
Yes—complete project management with one point of contact, clear timelines, and regular updates.

Guarantees & Standards

Are you fully insured?
Yes. We carry full public liability insurance and can provide proof of cover on request.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes—our workmanship is guaranteed. Manufacturer warranties on appliances/worktops are honoured as supplied.
Do you use trusted, branded products?
We only use quality, branded materials and certified fixings, installed to current best-practice standards.

About Payments

What are your payment terms?
We take a deposit to secure dates, then staged payments agreed in writing, with the balance on completion.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes—stage payments tied to milestones are available. We don’t offer consumer finance/credit.
What happens if I delay my payment?
Work may pause until payment clears. Late payment terms follow the agreement; materials remain our property until paid.
Can I pay for the materials separately?
We can install client-supplied kitchens, or source materials for you with itemised costs. Third-party items must meet spec.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Quotes are transparent and fixed. Any variations are discussed and approved in writing before we proceed.
What happens if I need to cancel my project?
Give us written notice. Deposits may cover booked time/materials. We’ll try to reschedule where possible.
